Welcome to Papegojvägen
Apartment
49 sq.m. furnished apartment shared between two persons. One furnished single room per person. Shared bathroom and kitchen. The rooms are for single occupancy only. Please note that the other rooms can be inhabited when you arrive, or a new tenant can move in during your tenancy period.
Kitchen
In the kitchen there is a stove with oven and three hot plates, a fridge and a freezer. Tableware, plates, glasses and cooking utensils are provided.
Furniture
Basic furniture. In each bedroom there is a bed (with a mattress, duvet/quilt/blanket and a pillow), a nightstand, a desklamp, a chair and a dresser. There is also a writing desk and chair. In the kitchen there is a dining table and four chairs.
Rent
The rent (SEK 5 341/month) includes heating, water, electricity, cable tv, internet and cleaning once a month. (TV and computer are not provided - subscription only).

Information for tenants
Fire alarm
The apartment is equipped with an automatic fire alarm. The tenants are responsible for purchasing and changing batteries when needed.
Emergencies
For emergencies that occur outside of office hours: 020-840 840. Press 1 to get connected with on-call duty. Please note that this number should only be used in situations where it under NO circumstance is possible to wait for regular office hours.
Garbage disposal unit
The garbage disposal room is situated in the same building as the laundry room. To enter press following code: 25456.
Internet
Internet connection via Wifi, router in the apartment. The use of Internet is included in rent.
Light bulbs
The tenants are responsible for purchasing and changing light bulbs when needed.
Laundry room
There is a laundry room situated in the red building next to your apartment. Use the laundry booking tag to book your day and time on the board in the laundry room (the tag is parked on the board outside the laundry room.

Rent
Rent is paid on monthly basis. Pay in slips will be sent to you by mail in the middle of each month. Rent is paid in advance and is due the last day of each month.

Go to www.vl.se to get information about the bus routes and timetables. Papegojvägen is served by bur no. 6. The nearest stop is called Sångargatan.
