Summer

If you rent during spring semester only, half of June will be free of rent. If you rent both fall- and spring semester, half of June and full month of July will be free of rent. If you rent during spring semester and will continue to rent the same accommodation for fall semester, the whole summer period will be free of rent.
 

Miscellaneous

Be prepared to provide your own blanket/quilt and pillow. There are laundry facilities for the use of all tenants. There's no associated parking spaces for this property. 
  

Internet

The tenants needs to open their own subscription. You must bring your own router. The building is connected to Fibra. For opening an Internet subscription follow the steps here.
