2023-04-05 - Yearly rent increase
Mimer has finished the rent negotiations with the tenant association and the annual rent increase is 4.62 %. The rent will be increased from first of February 2023.
Mälarblockets yearly rent increase for Junior is 6 % from first of August 2023.

2022-10-14 - Information to all tenants
Rental payments for second half of the autumn semester are due 2022-10-31, this is the last rental payment for this semester.
In addition, a departure form for autumn semester 2022 has been sent to your e-mail. The deadline to hand in the departure form is 2022-10-28. If you have not contacted us to prolong your lease or applied for a change of accommodation, your lease will end on January 11, 2023.

New students for the autumn semester can now apply for student housing. Send us an email with your admission letter and we will reply with a housing offer. If you know which housing you are intrested in - please let us know in the email. We will during the day publish all student housings available on our website. 2020-03-18 - Important information to all tenants
Due to the Coronavirus
We as a company and our employees follow the instructions and guidelines given by the authorities. For the benefit of all, we wish our customers to use other contact routes than to visit our office. For everyone's safety, we avoid physical contact and keep distance.
Email us at info@bostadvasteras.se, we always try to reply to your email the same day if you email us during our opening hours.
Or call us on 021-17 19 50 during 10-12 and 14-16.
Of course, our office is still open if you, for example, need to collect or return keys. However, avoid visiting us if you have any symptoms of a cold.
Keep in mind that the rent for second half of this semester is due March 31, 2020. You are bound by the lease to pay the rent for the whole semester, even if you are leaving the accommodation earlier.

We will start sending out housing offers during today to all new internaitonal students. Make sure that you have a registration on our website. If you don't receive a housing offer - please send us your admission letter in an email.
