Welcome to Park
The building contains 147 completely renovated single room apartments. Sizes vary between 17-21 sq.m. All the apartments have private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. The apartments are intended for single occupancy only.
Kitchen
In the kitchenette there is a stove with four hot plates and oven, a fridge with a freezer. There is no microwave oven but a place is prepared for it if you bring your own. Be prepared to provide your own kitchen utensils, plates etc.
Rent
Rent approximately SEK 26 326 – 28 413 per semester, including heating, water and electricity.
Furniture
The apartments are furnished with: bed (90x200cm), nightstand, bedside lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, table lamp and a chair.
Please note that the bed mattress is not included in the furnishings. Mattress must be purchased separately from Park student housing for SEK 500.
The amount will be deducted from the deposit and is not refundable.
Internet
The tenants needs to open their own subscription. You must bring your own router. The building is connected to Fibra. For opening an Internet subscription follow the steps here.
Miscellaneous
Be prepared to provide your own blanket/quilt and pillow.There are laundry facilities for the use of all tenants in the basement. Free access to bicycle storage room. Parking space for SEK 300/month. Storage room can be rented seperatly.
home insurance
When you live with Mimer, you must have home insurance. It creates extra security for both you and your neighbors in the event of an accident.
summer
If you rent during spring semester only, half of June will be free of rent. If you rent both fall- and spring semester, half of June and full month of July will be free of rent. If you rent during spring semester and will continue to rent the same accommodation for fall semester, the whole summer period will be free of rent.
