The building contains 2 single room apartments in the sizes 28 sq.m. Both apartments include private bathroom and private kitchen. The apartments are suitable for single occupancy or for couples. Please note that it is furnished for one person only.

Shared aprtment
The building contains 2 small furnished apartments shared between two persons in the sizes between 48-54 sq.m. One furnished single room per person, approximately 17 sq.m. Shared bathroom and kitchenette.
The rooms are for single occupancy only.

Rent
Rent is approximately SEK 25 530 – 26 916 per semester for shared housing. And SEK 35 186 per semester for private apartment. Rent includes heating, water and electricity. Internet is not included.

When you live with Mimer, you must have home insurance. It creates extra security for both you and your neighbors in the event of an accident.
summer
If you rent during spring semester only, half of June will be free of rent. If you rent both fall- and spring semester, half of June and full month of July will be free of rent. If you rent during spring semester and will continue to rent the same accommodation for fall semester, the whole summer period will be free of rent.
