Just a short walking distance from downtown Västerås and the University is Hülphersgatan student accommodation. Hülphersgatan has a lovely communal garden and an outdoor area. The building contains 10 furnished single rooms over two floors for students. Sizes vary between 12-21 sq.m.
The rooms are for single occupancy only.
Kitchen
The rooms share one large kitchen (with 3 fridges and 2 freezers). The kitchen may have basic utensils, plates etc. Otherwise you will need to provide your own things. Kitchen is shared between 10 students.
Rent
Rent approximately betweem SEK 21 250-25 456 per semester, including heating, water, Internet and electricity.
Miscellaneous
The rooms share 3 bathrooms with 3 showers and an extra WC.
Be prepared to provide your own blanket/quilt and pillow.
All rooms have access to laundry room in the basement. Washing times are available through a booking system in the laundry.

Internet through Wifi is included in rent
home insurance
When you live with SE Bostad you must have home insurance. It creates extra security for both you and your neighbors in the event of an accident.
summer
If you rent during spring semester only, half of June will be free of rent. If you rent both fall- and spring semester, half of June and full month of July will be free of rent. If you rent during spring semester and will continue to rent the same accommodation for fall semester, the whole summer period will be free of rent.
