- Apply interest on available housings to get an offer
Available housing for the autumn semester 2025 will be posted on our website on May 1.
Important information
The lease agreement for the autumn semester will begin on August 22.
We only offer furnished housing options in Västerås. If you have been accepted to MDU in Eskilstuna and are looking for a furnished option, you will need to apply for housing in Västerås.

I can't see any housings available for the autumn semester?
All student housings available for the autumn semester will be published on May 1.
From which date will the lease agreement start?
The lease agreement for the autumn semester will start from August 22, 2025 and end at January 14, 2026.
Can I rent the housing for a shorter period than one semester?
No, all student housings for international students are rented out per whole semester.
