Kitchen is shared with the other students on the floor (6 rooms on the floor). In the kitchen there is a stove with four hot plates,a microwave oven, a fridge and a freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, plates etc.

Rent is approximately SEK 19 890 – 24 728 per semester. Rent includes heating, water, electricity and Internet connection.

When you live with SE Bostad, you must have home insurance. It creates extra security for both you and your neighbors in the event of an accident.

If you rent during spring semester only, half of June will be free of rent. If you rent both fall- and spring semester, half of June and full month of July will be free of rent. If you rent during spring semester and will continue to rent the same accommodation for fall semester, the whole summer period will be free of rent.
